  •  You should have confidence that you can reach your doctor and get care when you need it. By removing insurance barriers and productivity quotas, I can be available to you and spend the necessary amount of time. There is no replacement for a doctor who knows you and can help you navigate health issues with your personal goals in mind.

  • No. Direct primary care is separate from insurance. DPC is an agreement between the patient and the physician that allows the physician to take more comprehensive care of a smaller group of patients and remain accessible for sick visits and urgent concerns.

  • Yes. As a Direct Primary Care Physician I am "opted out" of Medicare, which means I cannot receive direct payments from Medicare. However, tests I order and referrals I generate will still be COVERED by Medicare benefits.

  • Age:

    18-24 $100/month

    25-44 $135/month

    45-64 $155/month

    65+ $175/month

  • DPC membership includes office visits, virtual visits, email and texting access. In office services like point of care testing (for urine infections, strep, flu/covid), women’s health exams, and form completion are also part of DPC membership.

Membership does not include lab charges and imaging that may be ordered. Membership does not include specialist visits after PCP initiates referral. Members CAN use their insurance benefits for these separate services.

  • No. DPC membership costs are considerably less than typical concierge services. Concierge physicians charge annual fees and also get paid by insurance companies. With concierge, even after your membership cost, you still owe co-pays and co-insurance. You do not have co-pays or co-insurance with a DPC membership.

  • I am available for true urgent needs at night and on weekends but in reality, these are few and far between and at my professional discretion. Email is available 24/7 and will be monitored during business hours.

  • Membership is month to month with no penalty to cancel. However, if you do choose to re-enroll in the future there will be additional charges assessed or your membership will be denied.
